Subject: I just can't believe this!

I'm so amazed. Shocked really. About 12 or 13 years ago I used to work out about 3 days a week. At that time I lost weight from about 230 down to 176. I didn't diet at the time, just worked out.

Well about 11 years ago, weighing about 176 or maybe a little more, I got married at the courthouse. Today I was looking for something to wear, and I decided to try on the skirt I wore that day. To my amazement it fit, so I put on the white lacy sweater that I wore with it. They BOTH fit and looked as good on me (except for the age of the garments) as they did that day 11 years ago.

I can't believe I can fit back into my wedding clothes!

HOW in the world can this happen? I don't weigh 176 now, I weigh like 223 to 229 (depending on the day). How is it possible to wear clothes I wore when I weighed so much less?

Have I managed to build THAT much muscle?
