Sheesh, YOU are doing fantastically. I've never seen anyone lose as fast as you have. I was a little like that at the beginning, just dropping weight right and left. But you know my history, for the last 2 years I haven't really lost any weight (except for 9 pounds).

But I guess in spite of my frustrations, and attempts to change things SOMETHING has been happening.

I just couldn't see it I guess. I AM seeing it now, but not as a scale measurement. This body is just too busy building muscle to worry about weighing less. I'm sure that this is something we maybe ALL have happen to us when we aren't aware of it.

Persistence is what will win this particular battle. That and trying different things until you find what works.

I'm sure you are doing fine. Don't forget to let us know how your measurements and BF% measurements turn out. According to my calipers I have lost 1 to 2 percent body fat in just this week alone. I have a hard time believing it, but I'm the one that took the measurements both times so I kind of have to believe what I see.

There is a girl on another board who posted her before and after photos for the BFL thing when she has only been on it for 4 weeks. You have got to see the results she had. It is pretty amazing. Here is the site: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59989

If you go back up one level, you can see my post to them about the wedding clothes, and their responses. It is the letter "I FIT into my wedding dress"
