Subject: My aerobics are getting easier

I'm not sure why, maybe just from doing it more often, my heart and lungs are getting stronger, maybe my arteries are getting bigger and have more room to pump the blood.

Who knows? I don't. I'm just glad that 20 minutes no longer seems like "forever" to me. Today I went up and down the stairs carrying dumbbells and mixed in a little of the healthrider in between.

Took my fat caliper measures again looks like I'm down from 36.9 % when I first started this to 32.8%. Seems like a lot in less than two weeks. Scale is being bad, measures me UP by 7 or so pounds from when I started, but I'd rather trust the fat calipers right now. Those additional pounds might be muscle grown or water held onto because of these changes.

I haven't been very good at low carbing. I'm trying to stick to mostly healthy foods, but I have had more carbs than normal.
