Subject: atkins books

I hade the dr atkins book,new diet revolution,i read it and then let a friend borrow it.Now that i'm well on my way to losing this weight,i thought i'ld like to reread the owl and maintenance sections of the book.(i'm still doing induction right now,3 months into it))i couldnt find it anywhere around here,so...i ordered it from amazon,waited 2 weeks and then got an email telling me they wouldnt be able to deliver until middle of oct.well, i wanted the book yesterday,so i cancelled and ordered a used book for $3 from barnes and noble,i received it yesterday(After just 10 days)Well,wouldn't you know it...(i go to flea markets and garage sales quite often)guess what i found today at a garage sale?yep,now i have 2 copies but ...i did also get dr. atkins age- defying diet book(both of them for $1)i havent had a chance to look at the age defying book,has anybody else read it?Is it more new,new ideas,???I plan on reading it as soon as i get a chance,just wondered if it has any new ideas in it?Hope everybodies having a great weekend,it's pouring out here in NY today. KIM
