Subject: Cabbage

This was a simple one. I watched Martha Stewart the other day and saw a recipe for red cabbage. They just took 6 cups of finely chopped red cabbage and put it in a pot that had heated 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbs oil then added 3 tbsp of maple syrup and a pinch of pepper. I used the sugar free maple divinci syrup instead and got a fantastic very low carb side dish. They didn't add any salt, but I admit that I did after tasting it. So salt to taste. This one is going in the holiday recipe guide.
