Yes we do tend to lose control, especially when we aren't used to eating carbs. For me I found that I was eating a lot of trail mix, which had a lot of carbs in it. I AM trying to stick to the eat more often idea, because I think that is valid. I don't know about 6 meals a day, but certainly more than three, and small amounts at a time isn't bad advice either, but I am back to low carb eating.

I'm not sure that it is going to make any difference unfortunately. After 2 days back on induction, I still don't have much weight loss to show for it. All I can figure out is that I must have gained muscle and water from all the excercise. Either that or hormones are prevanting any losses for me right now.

I can't believe you are trying to do BFL without having read the book, that has got to be hard. I found my book locally in a Barnes and Noble store, but I've seen it at Target too.
