I'm not good at those dance steps either. I have a couple of video tapes of step aerobics and sometimes I pop a tape in the VCR and then I just do a basic up and down step workout, and I incorporate a LITTLE of the routine into what I'm doing as I feel up to it. If I tried to do the whole routine I'd be tripping over my feet for sure. As time goes on and as you get more practice, you will be able to do more of the dance steps. And even it you can't, I find that watching the tape helps keep me motivated while I'm simply going up and down.
