Subject: Katie I've done that any number of times. I usually catch myself either before or after I taste it however. Usually happens when I have just restarted the diet after a period of being off. If it is something sweet, I nearly always realize it as soon as that sweetness touches my tongue. I doubt if you've done it often enough to sabotage your weight loss.
