There are a lot of recipes on the web for "protein bars" that aren't full of chemicals that will do the trick and not make you gain weight." on 15:51:12 08/06/02 Tue

That's rotten. I usually have one a day, broken in little pieces and nibbled on through out the day. It substitutes for my former habit of munching on candy or other goodies...I mean badies. Maybe that's why I've stopped losing.

I've also been buying a diet Pepsi every morning and I sip on it though out the day too, but I rarely finish it completely. I thought these were suitable substitutes for the other junk I used to consume.

Anyone have a favorite recipe for protein bars? I need something to nibble while I drive around all day.
