Subject: I so doubt that I would lose all the way to 137 in one day. My body just doesn't lose like that. If for some reason I did make 137, I would still keep on my plan. If I lost more than 137, great. If not, then that's okay too. I like keeping my goals small; this is the first time I've done it and it actually works!
