• Actually,, the darker the color the more ketones in your system I believe. If you can really drink the water thats recommended, that would help to flush the ketones from your system (from your blood, to become a waste product, and out of you when you pee, lol). The key is really the more ketones left in your system,,, they will be the fuel of choice for your body to use in the absence of glucose or glycogen.
