I think you should figure out how many calories you are eating. On this diet we don't exactly count calories, but they do count. Perhaps you aren't eating enough?

To lose weight you should be eating about 12 calories per pound that you currently weigh. If you are eating too few, your body thinks it's starving and tries to slow down your metabolism.

If you are eating too much well we all know what happens then.

I really believe that if you stick to it, things will turn around for you, but I know it has to be discouraging. You are doing really really well in spite of what the scale says. It lies anyway. Hang in there. It might just be hormones. As soon as that particular part of the cycle changes, you should have a whoosh. But do figure out if you are eating enough calories. You don't want to go into starvation mode.

Some say that nitrates (found in bacon, sausage, and processed lunch meats like hot dogs or balogna) will stall some people. I don't seem to have a problem with them, but some do. Just a suggestion.
