I would still like to stay low carb for the most part. On the other hand, his workout plan is pretty intense. I just did one of my weight training things his way this morning and it was pretty intense. I am not sure I can even last the full 46 minutes doing it his way.

I'm at the weakest part of my feminine cycle right now, so that my account for my lack of stamina (but I'm going to have that at least three times during the three months that I do the program). But I also wonder if diet has something to do with it. I need to get back on track with eating right to have the stamina to do all this. I'm not sure if eating more carbs will bring more stamina or not. Most of the body builders and weight lifters I know seem to think that extra carbs equals extra energy. I'm not sure if that is true or not. For me extra protein usually means extra energy, but then I'm not working out as hard as a lot of them are. When and if I do start working out that hard, I may find that I do need more carbs just to have the energy to do it all.

What do you think?
