I like your idea. "Toughen up and JUST DEAL WITH IT!" challenge. Not that we can't have any whining. We all need to whine from time to time, but this letting it get in the way of our progress has got to go!

Maybe we should all make the committment to face any problems we encounter throughout the month HEAD ON, and deal with the real problem so that we can spend more of our focus on our weight loss.

I think that we get distracted by niggling nagging little worries that if dealt with would go away, but because we try to ignore them they just annoy and hang around demanding attention. I want to focus on my body, on losing and gaining (strength), not on annoying little issues.

I vote for the "toughen up and just deal with it" challenge idea. So you need to excercise to lose? Toughen up and deal with it. So you need to stop cheating? Toughen up and deal with it. So you have other issues, visitors, problems? Take care of them and get back on track.

As usual you have come up with a good one.
