I'm starting at 223, Body fat percentage? Well, I went to several sites and got different answers. Anything from 31.1% to 46.2% Yikes what a range, huh? Anyway the average was 39.05% so I guess I will use that one (or else my Tanita scale which says 44%, considering it said 50 to 52% when I first bought it I'm pleased with its current number).

Anyway, I did my aerobics today 20 minutes. Tomorrow is supposed to be upper body workout, followed on Tuesday by another 20 minute aerobic session, followed by Lower body workout (46 minutes) on Wednesday, Aerobics on Thursday, Upper body again on Friday, Aerobics on Saturday and then rest on Sunday.

If I'm not dead by Sunday I will let you know if I made it through all that.
