I found three new muscle groups today that I really haven't been working very hard. Shoulders, triceps and biceps. Started doing the Body for Life workout today and was amazed that I actually have muscles that I haven't even begun to train well enough yet.
So I guess I take back what I said to you about your quads. I'll know tomorrow if I'm sore from these "new" excercises or not.
