I know exactly what you mean. There is only so much protein a person can eat. I'm finding though that carbs lose their appeal pretty quickly too sometimes.

I too have been on Atkins for a few years now. I initially lost 50 pounds, and have lost and gained a lot since them but still manage to maintain the 50 pound loss for the most part.

Maybe being a part of our group will help you. We are currently having a "July Challenge" which involves a series of three day "no cheat challenges" One started today and runs for two more days. It is a good way to keep yourself on track. Anyone can keep themselves from cheating for three days.

The trick is to commit to the three day thing. I've been messing up for about half the month so far, but have decided to get back on track and try and stay on track for the rest of the month. But I'm only committing for three days at a time.

Why don't you join us? Make the committment today to stick to plan for the next two days of our no cheat challenge at least.
