Subject: Day Four

Thanks to those who answered my other posting. I am starting to feel more energy, but my night cravings are really rough! I have parrots and I most feed them a variety of fruits and veggies so that makes it rough, knowing those necterines and mangoes are sitting in the frig. I had pineapple as my carb last night. What I'm a bit confused about is which fruits are low carbs? Does anyone know?
