Subject: Newbie thoughts and questions!!

Thrilled to find this site!!

I am on day 3 of induction, so far so good. Light headache but thats it.

Few things I find confusing...
In the book we read about how FAT is the most fat burning
thing to eat. Then it says lean eating is best.
The Fat Fast is 90% fat. So how much fat are you eating?

My career dieting has me wanting to really limit my portions
but if I read correctly, more is better for metabolism, to little stops metab. Is this correct?

Also What are most doing about Caffiene?
Most recent research I read says Caffiene is a metab boost
and is good esp before exercise.

Last, Is there anyone who has actually done the Fat Fast?
If so how did it go?

I love reading all the great info here.

I have an event to attend in 4wks so I am really motivated.
