Hi Tracy,

I started about a week and a half ago with the Carb Addicts diet. It was moving slow, so I have been more restrictive of my carbs for the past 3 days. I am confident that this will work for me. One reason is that I am not hungry all the time. Secondly, I get to eat a lot of great foods. I also have a kid graduating in May --what a great goal, but that wasn't my main reason for deciding to take control. I also have a 2 yr old who has decided that the best game is to run away from mom and see if she can catch me. He usually heads for the road! I nearly can't keep up with him, and if something happened because I couldn't protect him, I would be devastated. Good luck. Would love to hear from you, but my filter is set to high, so give a good subject line so I don't delete you!
