I have found eatting small meals every couple of hours has helped me greatly. I am up early everyday and the thought of eatting right away grosses me out, so around 9 or when I feel those hunger pangs,I eat a couple of ounces of cheese or of meat, in between I drink plenty of water. Lunch is usually a leafy green salad, tuna , chicken or cheese(I don't eat red meats). If I feel I want something sweet I eat a suger free jello cup. Dinner is when I eat my bulk of carbs and it is my largest meal of the day. Night eatting is my biggest problem and this helps me concur that.
