I've been an exercise nut for years and the majority of trainers and fitness fanatics will say that doing exericise when it feels best for you is the right time to do it. As for strenght training as long as you don't work out the same muscles two days in a row your fine. Break it up, one day lower, the next day upper... except abs, you can work those everyday. The most important thing is your excercising! Keep up the good work! Dana
