Subject: What, diet on my schedule??

I've found that working and dieting just sucks. LOL So I gave up working... naaaaaaa just kidding. But it really is difficult. It cost me 40 lbs last year. How about listing some of the things that you took for lunch to work or how you avoided eating bad things? I think now that part of my success the first two years is that I worked in a hospital with a cafeteria that had at least 3 different kinds of meat dishes or a salad. Now I'm working more from the house, (I deserved it after 20 years), so I am not as challenged. I'll try to work on a list of fast food places and restaurants that have some reasonable food.
