Subject: On my plan I can have half the hamburger bun, and I've become so used to eating them that way that when I tried to eat a whole burger w/ both top & bottom bun the other day, I ended up pulling it apart til half of it was off anyway lol. If your desire is to go back into ketosis, then yes I would suggest going thru a re-induction. It doesn't have to be for the whole 2 weeks though; it only takes 3 days to get back into ketosis.
