Subject: Jaytee when I first went on Atkins, I was the same way; not tempted to cheat - so many good things out there. Well lemmie tell ya g/f, after 3 months of that (& all the SF jello I could stand), I was sick to death of LC. This doesn't happen to everyone, just some of us. Now that I follow a moderate carb diet, the cravings are increased because I'm eating more carbs daily, so that doesn't help me in the cheat dept either. If you are not tempted, I say take advantage of that while it lasts & stick to your plan. For some of us, the honeymoon wears off in a few months.

  • I agree with Kel. Sure there are wonderful things to eat on this plan, it is easier than most diets, but after more than two years on the diet, protein gets old, and sweets look good. (NT) -- Sherry, 08:00:05 08/21/02 Wed
