That is the reason i deceided not to take the potassium,the blood work i had done came back normal,saying potassium levels(among others) were fine.Though i must admit i have had a little bit of muscle cramping(the deep muscle type)and believe me if it gets bad i wont hesitate to take some,meanwhile like i said i will be going for a full physical in 2 weeks,if i feel it might be a problem then,i will have him check it again.My dr is fairly young and he has no qualms about this diet,i expected some resistance,but he's all for it,as long as he monitors it.
