Subject: You don't seem to be getting enough protein. You should eat a minimum of 100 grams or more each day. Keep track of it for awhile. If you have a spreadsheet program I can provide a "Daily Food" chart to help. Being a little light headed may be normal until you adjust to this WOL.

  • Also make sure that you are drinking enough water. Carbohydrates are made up of a lot of moisture and your body could be unbalanced. Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses a day. (NT) -- Shara, 23:25:54 06/29/02 Sat
