You should definately start eating more. I eat alot of beef jerkey, low carb protein bars, pork rhines, eggs (boiled and scrambled), chicken, steak and a moderate amount of cheese. You might consider doing more higher intensity exercise that increases your heart rate. That will raise your metabolism for a while and allow your body to burn fat quicker than walking. Try jogging, riding a bike or join a gym and use the cardio equipment that they have.
