Hi Kim

15lbs in 10 days is amazing! Give your body time to adjust. So,metimes you hit 'set points' ie a weight at which your body feels comfortable, and it will defend it with a vengeance. When I hit a set point my loss usually stops dead. I find however that if I give my body a few weeks to adjust, while maintining good eating habits and a good exercise regimen, my body lets go of that marker and I will drop rapidly.

So, hang in there and keep up the good work.

PS : Your scale can be your worst enemy, try not to get on more than once per week.
