Subject: My personal trainer said you need BOTH cardio and weight resistance to get the best workout. It appears you are only doing cardio by your post. Tae Bo is great -- when done properly, it's a fantastic workout, but you also need some weights if you want to do it right. Alternate days of cardio & weights and dont forget to stretch!
