Hi Tonya-
Thank you so much for the encouraging words...I have been stalling for the past 3 weeks now. Its frustrating..but I will get there..
I am having a fat day today!! I looked at myself in the mirror this morning (naked) and I could have sworned my boobs were extra saggy!! Ha ha.
Good luck with your diet Tonya. Its a hard road ahead, but its totally worth it.
My goal weight, since I am so short..is 110-115..but I will stop if I find a weight that is comfortable for me...If I find that 125 or 130 is okay and I can maintain it, I will be happy with that..
I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks :(. I am totally disappointed, but I am keeping up with my work outs and adding more fats to my foods, I don't eat enough because being on Atkins have taken my appetite away...don't know why..but I started eating more yesterday and hopefully this will help me get over the stalling hump.
