Thanks everyone. I am going to try to touch base with all the wonderful comments all at once. I know I should eat more protein, my big problem is that I never was much of a meat person. I do try to eat chicken and some beef. I think you might be on to something about the bars. I am going to not eat any for a few days and see what happens. The weather has been hot here. I drink gallons of water. And to touch the "constipation" issue, that is the crappy (sorry) part of this diet. I am constantly tackling that issue. I don't have a TOM anymore, had hysterectomy at 19 for cancer, so I don't think that is it. The gain seems to be in my middle mostly.

I know I sounded like a whiner, I should just be thankful for the loss that I have had. Family members that I haven't seen in 2 yrs. came to visit today and they didn't even know me. That made me feel good. But I can't help feeling disturbed when I put on a pair of shorts that were getting loose and now are feeling tight around the waist. Oh, well, I know I am going to keep trying. Worked too hard to get to where I am at.

I am just very thankful for all the great friendly advice here. Thanks again everyone.
