Subject: GREAT Job Kel! I bet you could get to 139 or even 138 before the month is over with the way you are going! I don't get a lot of endorphins from walking either. They happen for me after a solid set or two of weights that stress the muscle. I feel the blood rushing around, feel the muscle gaining strength and feel the good hormones flowing.

  • Kel, that's so wonderful that you're at 141 now! And no, you are not greedy by wanting to be 140 by the end of the month. I say you're being real hopeful, and by looking forward to 140 by the end of the month, it may make you really stick to the diet and not cheat.
