First of all, if you hardly ever ate meat (which I know is severely restricted on WW), your body is so thrilled to have adequate protein around that the first thing it is going to do is build more muscle. If you take a piece of muscle, and an equivelent sized piece of fat, the muscle will weigh more. Therefore, although your scale is not showing a change you may be losing inches.

With only 25 pounds to lose, you lost 20% of this during the first part of induction!!! This is a great start, and definitely not something to underestimate.

When you do something to force your fat cells to give up some of their contents, they can compensate by replacing the missing fat with water for a period of time to retain their original size and shape. Therefore, no loss of pounds or inches will appear due to the increased water.

Any of these things can mask your losses. Just stick with the program, and know that you're gaining better health, and that eventually the weight loss will show.
