Subject: Eat as often as you are hungry. Don't go longer than 5-6 hours between meals. If you are hungry, you should eat. If you are starving, you should have eaten an hour ago! Add some salads/veggies. Skip the nuts during induction. Get one of the books and read it, it will help a LOT.
