Subject: Some food ideas...

Hey Max,

I like to cook, but I have to admit to my lazy days. Here's some stuff that works for me.

Buy a package of pre-made hamburger patties. There are lots of ways that you can fix them so that it doesn't taste like you're eating the same thing all the time.

1) 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, sprinkle of italian seasoning, sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Tastes like pizza.

2) Sauteed mushrooms, 1 tsp worcestshire sauce, slice of swiss cheese.

3) A couple of slices of bacon, a slice of cheddar cheese, a squirt of mayo, and a squirt of mustard.

4) Guacamole or avocado slice, a squirt of mayo, and jack or pepper jack cheese.

5) Greek seasoning, a dollop of nonfat yogurt, and feta cheese.

6) Sprinkle of cumin, paprika, and garlic powder, salsa, and cheddar or jack cheese.

I buy the pre-cooked bacon, pre-cooked seasoned chicken, and bag lettuce for great salads. The southwest seasoned chicken with some chopped up bacon, ranch dressing and diced avocado is wonderful.

Sliced pepperoni with cream cheese is great. You can nuke the pepperoni on paper towels to make it crispy or eat it straight out of the package.

I hope some of these ideas help.

Katie
