Subject: I had the crunchy munchies yesterday . . . I heated a bunch of grated parmesan cheese in a nonstick pan, as it started to melt I put 2 T. of sesame seeds. Keep peeking at the underside & flip when it gets golden brown and will hold together, brown side 2 and cool on a paper towel. cut into snack size wedges and store in an airtight container.

  • Do you have a food dryer? If so, get some raw roast, slice it really thin, marinate it for awhile in soy sauce and dry it on the food dryer. Makes a wonderful beef jerky. The kind you buy in the store has all the fat removed and sugar added and isn't nearly as good as homemade. (NT) -- Sherry, 18:58:48 06/25/02 Tue
