Subject: What now??

Since November of last year, I've lost over 30 pounds on a low calorie weight loss plan. I understand that the body may "take a break" after 30 pounds of weight loss. However, I am hoping one of you can answer my question: if I were to start a low carb weight loss plan, would I start losing again? Or, how long should I wait before starting any weight loss plan, in view of the loss I've experienced the past several months? Thanks for any help.
