I began by following Atkin's, but nowadays I don't think I really follow any particular plan, I just avoid potatoes, corn, rice, bread, sugars. Eat meat, non starchy veggys, some small amount of fruit in the form of berries, eat cheese and cream but not milk.

Occasionally eat low carb snack foods, but mostly avoid them. Drink water (and little else).

Carbs are usually kept between 0 and 50 per day. It is simple enough for me.
