Mousse #1


Small pkg SF jello pudding (any flavor)

1 pkg philly cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup cold water


Soften cream cheese in microwave and beat with electric mixer until creamy. Add cream and beat until well-combined. Add water and beat until well-combined. Add pudding mix and beat until well-combined. Whole thing takes about 5 minutes. Good right away, better when refrigerated for at least an hour.


Total carbs pudding (32 for chocolate, chocolate fudge, or white chocolate/24 for banana, vanilla, or butterscotch/didn't check pistachio yet), 6.6 for cream, and 4 for cream cheese. This is not suitable for induction, and servings should be small.



Mousse #2 - 1 scoop Keto chocolate shake mix (I tried this with CarbSolutions and it was icky. I haven't tried this with any other brand), 1/2 cup heavy cream. Mix with an electric mixer.



Total carbs shake mix=2, cream=3.3.
