6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and separated
1 lg. can deviled ham spread
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt & pepper

In a bowl, combine egg yolks, deviled ham spread and mayonnaise; mix well. Dice the egg whites and add to yolk mixture. Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Chill before serving. Makes 2 - 3 servings and can be kept in fridge for up to 5 days.

This is my new favorite breakfast!
