It's okay to have one occasionally (even maybe one a day) if they don't stall your weightloss, but I just can't imagine it's all that healthy to eat them in place of every meal -- if for no other reason than they're made up almost entirely of chemicals! Kind of gross if you think about it. I had one for breakfast this AM because I didn't have time for anything else, but I try not to have more than one or two per week.
