Subject: 100 pounds plus 5 for every inch over 5' WOW! I am 5'1" 105lbs seems too low for me. I chose 125lbs........from 148lbs....I am very close to this first Goal weight! But I want to gain more muscle and that weighs more!

  • I think this is an area that should be very flexible. Especially if you have a lot of weight to lose. My original goal was to be able to fit behind a school desk at my daughter's open house. :) I never dreamed that would be more than 70 lbs ago! I want 160, but 170 is fine for now.
