Matt never really did induction. He started by cutting out all the extra sugar like in his soda. He stopped eating bread at every meal and only eats french fries once or twice a week at lunch. Most of his fried food was replace with bbq steak and chicken. He never really liked veggies or fruit. But eats a small salad w/dinner and a small green apple for a snack at work. I would say that it took him about 6 months. But then he only has another 10 lbs to go to get to his goal of 190. He is 6' tall with broad shoulders. He looks great. (NT) -- Shara, 17:43:18 06/08/02 Sat
