Subject: Re-evaluation if Always Good! Does anyone know the Acronym "SMART" for setting goals. I think M is for Measurable, A is for Attainable, R is for Realistic, T is for a Time frame...cant remember was the S stands for. They use this for People who Want to make Changes to their Lifestyle where I work! You make a little chart with all those components. Hope this helps! Glad you feel better about this new plan!

  • I've been trying to keep my goals realistic. My goal for mid-December is 186 (only about 55 pounds to go). That's calculated at 1.5% of my weight lost per week which is how I choose to calculate my goals. (NT) -- Katie, 08:33:54 06/11/02 Tue
