I wish I could give you some answers. I never seem to know what is going to work. Sometimes increasing calories works, other times decreasing them works. I think our bodies need to be kept guessing to some extent.

If you are working out that much, you most likely need lots of protein. Are you lifting weights? or doing aeorbics or what?

How much do you need to lose? How many calories do you normally eat? How many grams of carbs?

This will work for you. You need to be persistent. You may need to experiment. Leave off certain foods, increase calories or decrease them. eat more often throughout the day or less often. All of us are different. Some things work for awhile and then don't, some don't work at all.

I've been losing lately, but I've barely been eating and I've been increasing my activity levels. I know that last month when I INCREASED my calories I lost too. So I never know which way is better.

I just know that persistence and determination will eventually get you there.
