D'van has absoloutely zero intentions to steral Synthis from M'att. Though, you may be right about the killing part, if it works out the way I'm thinking.

Currently, D'van is with his former girlfriend, Danny(Eriannath). Soon, they will do all the other things that little hatchlings must do before going to the Feast. At the Feast(or at some point, it really doesn't matter), D'van will see Synthis. He knows Synthis, but hasn't seen her in quite a while(points automatic rifle at Davan Senior). She is his cousin. He's feeling a little emotional, and gets a tad over-enthusiastic in his greeting. M'att draws conclusions, and suddenly all goes tense.
