Subject: Just a question, possibly stupid

And from Pup, no less! Wow, when was the last time she had a question? Haha, jokes aside, seriously. When did we start the tradition of waiting for the bugle in flights? I really don't remember why we diecided to o that. Was it so that we wouldn't have males joiming the flight long after it started, and the original males are getting tired?
