1) I like the current board layout, but mostly I'm afraid of an all-on-one-board system being a bit disorganized. LG is easily confuzzled. And I like Voy's option of having the top-level post in each thread visible as you scroll down the page... I'm more likely to jump into a thread that way. *selfish voting FTW* But if the all-one-board thing was clearly organized somehow... maybe.
2) I like it, but ONLY IF it's optional. I can see how it might cause some problems, like if you want to RP a wingleader meeting and all but one person can make it, but it would probably be fun for those who want to do a night of faster-paced RP. So I like this one for other people. (I would probably hardly ever participate more than once a month or something; one of the reasons I don't apply at some LJ games I stalk and adore is because they move way too fast for me. D: High-speed RPing is not my forte.) But as long as it's optional, I think it wouldn't be a bad idea. ^_^
