That's the phrase I was looking for: sexual maturity. That should come in the later teens, early twenties. I mean, like, serious stuff. Little kissies in the hallway, save that for high school. And not for freshmen like meself. The closest I've come to stuff like that would be hugging my friend Erik. Because he's huggable, and I'm not betraying my lover, so myehn. And he's the only guy I've ever hugged outside my family. I think kids in grades 3 and below should remain as snot-nosed, wailing little buggers, and in grades 4 through 6 begin to be subjected to things like sexual education, like Kitty said, because like it or not, it exists. While they're still innocent to actually learn it. Then in middle school, they should begin to mature. And focus on their learning and intelligence instead of the opposite gender. Gah. Ninth graders should focus on keeping themselves alive in high school. O.O. xD! As for above that.. I think that sexual contact can sort of begin. Kiss, hug in a loving way, little snuggles. Nothing drastic. When you're out of college.. go wild. xD. However, the concept of love can develop at any time, whether with or without the lust to go with it. And there is my random timeline0ish.. thing. Man I'm tired. xD.
